Gloucestershire Lifestyles is pleased to announce the opening of their
first charity shop in the High Street Tredworth, Gloucester. We sell
a huge variety of items including china, glassware, soft toys, clothing,
books, videos, tapes, CD’s and some small items of furniture.
Larger items of furnitrue are available from our warehouse. Please telephone
the number below to arrange a visit. We offer a delivery service within
the local area for a small charge. Please ask when you visit.
Mainly participants and volunteers staff the Charity shop, everyone
involved takes an active role in the day to day running of this retail
outlet. During a typical working day we will serve many customers, deal
with their enquires and provide them with total support during their
visit to the shop. We receive many donated items direct into the shop
and attempt to sort them out on a daily basis. Shop display is an important
issue and we are always looking for ideas on how to maximize the displaying
of merchendise. By helping in our shop, we hope to provide all volunteers
with work experience in a retail environment and a few laughs thrown
in.
Gloucestershire Lifestyles aim is to continue improving the lives of
disabled people throughout the county. If you have a spare morning or
afternoon and you would like to help at the shop, then please contact
us on the telephone number below. Our aim is to recycle all donated
goods at the warehouse, which in turn provide a variety of opportunities
for our members to extend their skills and create additional income
for the Charity.
By volunteering in our shop, we can promise that you will receive a
highly rewarding experience. Our participants and volunteers enjoy meeting

If you having a clear out then please remember us! We are happy to
accept any unwanted items. Do you have any of the following? Unwanted
furniture, household items, clothing, electrical items, crockery, books,
videos, CD’s, jewellery, toys. If so, please call the number below
or drop them off at the Shop or Warehouse.
For larger items of donated goods, we offer a free collection service
in the local area.
